Minimum order thresholds

Applying for a trade account with Templeman allows you to leverage our industry expertise and dedicated logistics services.

Your minimum order requirement is flexible and based entirely on your business type: for large deliveries via pallet, such as those intended for wholesalers, vending operators, foodservice, or retail groups, the minimum quantity is typically 90 mixed cases. However, if you are looking for simple office supplies, this minimum can be as low as 3 cases.

Fast, reliable delivery notice

Regarding delivery, we aim to complete all orders on the day you specify, so we request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to manage our own fleet transport – for example, ordering on Monday for Wednesday delivery. If you do not nominate a specific date, your stock will be delivered on the next available vehicle servicing your area.

Finally, to support your business operations, credit terms are available and can be discussed upon successful application, subject to a credit check.
