• Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
